- Welding robot
Anyone looking to automate a welding process will quickly turn to a customized PEMA welding robot. PEMA designs and installs every robot installation itself. They use only welding sources from top brands. Thanks to the powerful PEMA WeldControl 300 offline software, you can program everything in advance without interrupting production.
- Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS)
Ideal for those who build products in different steps or want a system that allows unmanned production. The FMS can be equipped with a combination of robot cells, manual welding cells, and buffer stations. Each workpiece is traceable via RFID or QR code. This allows the carrier to take the product to each different workstation until it is finished.
- Welding manipulators
Not robots, but a way to make your welders’ lives easier. Welding manipulators help to position heavy or large workpieces weighing up to 250 tons in the correct position. This allows you to weld more ergonomically and faster. They also have a programming function. This allows you to set fixed manipulations for the same pieces. This way, you can immediately bring each piece into the correct position at the touch of a button.
- Assembly stations
A PEMA assembly station helps you to align large pipe sections quickly and precisely before welding. The pipes are positioned correctly so that the welding process runs smoothly and flawlessly afterwards. This saves you time in preparation and allows you to work more consistently on large projects.
- Cover assembly
By making smart use of roller beds and welding manipulators, you can install covers with the greatest of ease. What is normally a difficult task can now be done in no time at all.
- Welding columns
PEMA offers a complete range of welding columns for welding pipes. They can be equipped with MIG, submerged arc welding, or both, all controlled from a single central software program. With WeldControl 500, you can easily weld multiple layers, set operating levels, and accurately monitor each weld via data monitoring.
- Roller beds
PEMA roller beds are ideal for easily rotating drums, boilers, or pipes. They are available in three versions and have a load capacity of up to 1600 tons.
