How does WCW provide service?

Remote and on-site interventions

Every WCW machine is equipped with TeamViewer. This allows our engineers to access your machine remotely, analyze faults, and often solve them immediately. That saves time and unnecessary travel.

Is an on-site intervention still needed? We’re at your location within two working days. With a service contract, we guarantee arrival within one working day.

Periodic maintenance moments

A well-maintained machine is a machine that lasts. That’s why periodic maintenance is essential for every installation.

Do you have a service contract with WCW? Then we schedule your maintenance proactively.

No contract? No worries. You contact us and together we plan your maintenance as soon as possible.

Training

A machine is only as good as the operators behind it. That’s why WCW invests heavily in operator knowledge.

After purchasing a new machine, you receive an extensive training session right after installation. We answer your questions and teach your team how to work with the machine from day one.

New operators later on? We’re also available to provide training for existing machines.

Custom adjustments

    You receive a clear layout of your production hall including the full setup of your future machine. This way, you know exactly which utilities are needed and who is responsible for what. No surprises thanks to strong preparation.
  3. Installation & start-up
    Once your machine is ready, we schedule installation as soon as possible. Our engineers — with support from our suppliers if needed — ensure a flawless setup. Afterwards, they fine-tune the machine to your exact requirements.
  4. Training
    Your entire team receives practical training in operation and maintenance — from the basics to advanced features. New team members later on? We train them separately on request.
