This mission also perfectly describes what Wouters Cutting & Welding stands for. It is no coincidence that Deom chose to purchase their new CNC cutting machine from them. The MicroStep MasterCut combines high cutting accuracy with speed and automation \u2013 and is supported by strong service.<\/span><\/p>\n

Maxime Cibour, design office and production manager at Deom:<\/span> \u2018This new machine perfectly met all our needs. That’s why we tested it against our various criteria. The tests showed that the accuracy of the cuts was much better than that of our old machine. In addition, the XY positioning speed was up to 30% higher.\u2019<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

After successful trials and a positive evaluation, Deom decided to purchase the MicroStep MasterCut 10501.30 PG. Like its predecessor, it is equipped with a plasma cutting head and an oxyfuel cutting head. The machine is 10.5 metres long and 3 metres wide.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Thanks to the MasterCut, a number of processes have also been automated, such as gas flow control, height adjustment of the plasma and oxyfuel cutting heads, speed adjustment and other parameters. The tests also showed that it is a very reliable machine.<\/span><\/p>\n
