In-House Cutting for Greater Flexibility<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To keep up with increasing demand and reduce dependence on suppliers, AJK decided to replace its 30-year-old plasma cutting machine. \u201cOutsourcing would have cost us about the same as buying a new machine, but we would\u2019ve lost flexibility. So the decision was easy<\/em>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The new MicroStep EasyCut features a 4.5 by 1.5 meter<\/strong> table and is equipped with three oxy-fuel torches<\/strong>, allowing the company to cut steel up to 200 mm thick<\/strong>. \u201cThat\u2019s important for us\u2014curved and rounded parts still fit under the gantry<\/em>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
